Why are today's columnists and photographers so posh?

Have you seen this week’s edition of People magazine, with its 11 pages devoted to the Royal Christening? I’m guessing probably not. The only reason I read it was because I was stuck on a long insomniac fight to Zambia, and it was free, and I was desperate. Later I read the label on my quarter bottle of Jacob’s Creek.
